Payment for School Meals

Paying for School Meals

Payment - School Meals cost £2.20 per day.

There are two methods of paying for your school meals. Please note that Dolce Ltd can not extend credit for more than three meals unless paying by Direct Debit.

Direct Debit

Direct debit is the most convenient way to pay for your child's school meals. Simply "Log into your account" and enter your details in the online form.

If you require an account, please contact your school office, providing a valid email address, and you will be sent log-in details for Live Kitchen, which will allow you to pre-order meals, check recipes and ingredients, and monitor your account.

Every four weeks Dolce/Live Kitchen will send you a statement by email, showing how many meals your child has eaten (and what you or they chose). The email totals the amount owing, and we collect the amount from your account two weeks later.

Paying this way means you don't have to manage a balance at the school, or top up regularly. Just wait for the email statement, and check that everything is correct. Dolce/Live Kitchen will do the rest!

We highly recommend getting an account set up – it will let you quickly pre-order meals for up to a term in one go, check our recipes and look at your account history.

Credit Card

Please contact Dolce Ltd on 01942 707709 to make payments by credit card.

Cash payments can no longer accepted through the school office.

Free School Meals (FSM) - Eligibility based on Parents claiming benefits

Did you know that if you register for free school meals you are also entitled to extra benefits?

Registering for free school meals doesn’t mean your child will have to eat the school lunch - there are other benefits. Some schools and local authorities offer extra support to children who are registered - for instance, help with the cost of school trips or music lessons.

Schools also receive a payment, "Pupil Premium", for each child who is registered for free school meals. This money helps us to provide extra support like 1 to 1 tuition, learning assistants or extra-curricular activities.

How to apply

If you want to register for free school meals for your child, we can help you to apply in complete confidence – just ask at the school office.
