Administering Medicine in School

Regular school attendance is vital for every child and at Holy Trinity CofE Primary School we do all that we can to maintain high attendance figures.  Nevertheless, from time to time every child will become ill and may require some time out of school. 

Parents and carers are encouraged to send their child in unless they have a temperature, are vomiting, have diarrhoea or any of the contagious illnesses as outlined in NHS guidance: Is my child too ill for school? - NHS

Should it be necessary for your child to receive treatment in school, for conditions other than those detailed above, please complete the form below and deliver it, together with the medication, to the school office.
